Design Your Masterclass in 3 Steps:
Step 1: Define the Who/What Transformation
Use this simple sentence to shape your class:
I’m going to teach (Your People) how to (Result/Niche Transformation).
Here are 3 fresh Who/What statement examples to inspire you:
I’m going to teach burned-out creatives how to rebuild their energy through nervous-system based strength training.
I’m going to teach postpartum moms how to reconnect with their body through empowering strength rituals.
I’m going to teach stay-at-home dads how to build strength, structure, and self-respect from their garage.
Step 2: Title Your Masterclass for Maximum Transformation
Once you know your Who/What statement, it’s time to give your masterclass a powerful, magnetic headline—one that clearly communicates both the transformation your audience desires and the struggle you're helping them avoid.
Here’s the simplest and most powerful formula you can use:
"How to (Result They Desire Most) Without (Biggest Pain Point)"
This kind of title instantly speaks to your ideal person—it promises a transformation they care about and reassures them that the thing they fear or struggle with won’t block them from success.
Your job is to listen deeply: What do your people dream about? What keeps them stuck?
Dig Deeper:
What do they want that they’re afraid to admit?
What’s the emotional pain or limiting belief that’s holding them back?
What false solution have they already tried that didn’t work?
Once you’ve got those two pieces (the desire and the pain), plug them into the headline formula.

Keep it simple, honest, and clear. You don’t need clever wordplay—just truth. Speak directly to the real person who’s searching for a way to feel strong, whole, and in control of their life again.
This is how you craft a product that isn’t just profitable—but powerful.
This is how you become a healer, guide, and legend in your niche.
Step 3: Ask Them What They Want (And Then Give It to Them)
Before finalizing your masterclass content, you need proof that your offer will resonate with real people. The best way to do that? Ask them directly.
This is where you use what Russell Brunson calls the Ask Campaign—a simple but powerful way to discover the exact words, pain points, and desires your audience already has.
And the best part? It only requires one question.
You’ll send out a short form (via email, social media, or Substack) asking people to tell you their biggest challenge related to the transformation you want to help them achieve.
This not only gives you language to use in your marketing, but it also gives you clarity about what matters most to your ideal audience. You’re not guessing anymore—you’re co-creating.
The Survey Question Template:
“What is your #1 question you have about: How to [achieve the transformation your brand is built around]?”
Make it clear. Make it specific. And don’t overcomplicate it.
Once the responses roll in, you’ll see patterns. Those patterns will tell you:
What your first masterclass should focus on
How to title it for maximum relevance
What obstacles does your audience need help overcoming
