The 3 Patterns Every Loyal Community Looked for in a Leader:
When I first started creating my personal brand, I realized that to succeed, I needed to focus on building an audience of people with whom I could share my message. So, I began studying historical figures who built large audiences and caused big changes. The more examples I found, the clearer the patterns they all shared became:
The Voice: The leader is courageous enough to address their concerns and trustworthy enough to speak on their behalf.
The Vision: The leader has a value-based cause bigger than himself/herself.
The Path: The leader offered his community a new opportunity and a better future.
If you want to build your personal brand and become a thought leader in your space, you need to master The Voice, Vision, and Path. Moving forward, I’ll refer to these patterns as the VVP; they are all mental work, and you must internalize and define them for your brand.
These patterns will make you a leader and allow people to rally around you. Those are your True Fans, or as the author Russell Brunson puts it, they are your “Cult-ure”!
The VVP will become your legendary secrets to moving forward.
The Legendary Secrets will:

4 Amazing Benefits of Following the Legacy Secrets:
When you start using all the legacy secrets for your personal brand, a few amazing things will happen.
Complicated sales will become easier because transformative products will educate potential customers on why they need your product or service.

Secret #1: The Voice — What is Your Message on Behalf of Your People?
If you want to rally your true fans around your “Voice,” the first question you have to ask yourself is, “WHO do I want to serve?” The answer is typically people who were just like you before you became an expert, right? As a courageous leader, you’ll lead people on a path you’ve walked before.
Speak to their fears.
Speak to their dreams.
Speak to the person you once were.
However, this will need a community or a movement (your Cult-ure) that shares the same vision and is driven by the same cause.
Here are 3 questions that will help you find your voice:
What makes you angry about the world?
What breaks your heart and you wish you could change?
What transformational idea or philosophy do you have that will solve the problem?
Legendary Secret #1: Find Your Voice — And Speak to the Person You Once Were
Secret #2: The Vision — What Future You Stand For?
Every great leader offers a cause bigger than themselves.
In a world flooded with brands and influencers, people are drawn to a cause they believe in.
To advance as a leader, you need a cause-based vision for people to rally around. You can call it a vision or a cause. A vision is a future outlook, and a cause is a present urgency. A cause-based vision is a combination of the two; it’s an emotional drive rooted in values.
For example, I’ll discuss the failing system and modern slavery throughout all my writing. I will bore you with it. You should do that too with your personal brand. Find a cause-based vision and mix it with your Voice of Secret #1 and consistently talk about it and let it guide your message. You just need to have a meaningful and urgent cause!
Here’s an urgent cause for you to consider:
The worldwide economy will soon collapse, and people who don’t pay attention will fall with it. Last week, I published a post to explain why I believe this is happening. Read it and see if it will help you find your vision.
How do you find your cause-driven transformative idea?
You need to use the “US vs. Them” mindset.
If all you want as a leader is to blend with the crowd and be as neutral as a Neutron, you are selling yourself too thin. You must be opinionated, confident, value-driven, and, most importantly, humble to your people!
You must fight corruption and make people know they are fighting with you. You are fighting for peace and equity, and the crowd is fighting for chaos and fear.
The “US vs. Them” Mindset can be broken down into 4 parts:
1- Take a stand
2- Why are we different?
3- Who are we collectively fighting against?
4- Who are we?
You can create your brand's “US vs. Them Statement” and share it in the comments or a private message. I’ll share those I resonate with within the community.

Legendary Secret #2: Ignite a Cause That Makes People Rally around your vision.
Secret #3: The Path — What’s the Opportunity?
At a time when slavery was normalized and human beings were treated as property with no dignity or rights, the prophet of Islam, Muhammad ﷺ, offered slaves a radical, unheard-of opportunity:
The chance to be spiritually equal, socially respected, and eternally honored—regardless of your worldly status.
People saw a new opportunity and a path forward. They saw hope in a message emphasizing freeing slaves as spiritual purification.
Similarly, Christ didn’t give his followers a better way to follow Moses’ law; he offered them a UPGRADED law. That’s a path to move forward, not backward.
The Path is a new opportunity at the heart of innovation. It’s NOT about improving; it’s about upgrading, which depends on the collective knowledge and is time-dependent!
A modern example of an influential leader is Steve Jobs.
In 2001, he stood before the world, intending to revolutionize the music industry. He highlighted various options for improvement that promised to offer a similar experience. “You could buy a CD and receive 10 to 15 songs, buy an MP3 player and store about 150 songs, or use a hard disk capable of holding thousands of songs.”
He didn’t think of improvements; he thought of opportunity and a new path. Jobs wanted to step in with a solution that could bring their entire audio library into their pocket, and anywhere they go.
He pulled the first iPod out of his pocket, showed everyone the new opportunity he had created, and transformed the industry forever. He did that with the iPhone and iPad, too.
This pattern, which creates leaders and influences the masses, can be seen repeatedly in business, religion, sports—anywhere there’s real innovation in an industry.

Employee, Self-employed, Business owner, and Investor.

You’ll know you’ve matured when you understand that the only way to keep growing isn’t to learn more… but to shift your focus from personal growth to contribution.
Contribution is the key to continued growth.
Only by shifting our focus to helping others can we continue to grow, and that doesn’t come easily!

The Magic of 1,000 True Fans
In 2008, Kevin Kelly (KK), an author of the best-selling book Excellent Advice for Living, wrote an article called “1,000 True Fans”. In this article, he said:
“To be a successful leader, you don’t need millions. You don’t need millions of dollars or millions of customers, clients, or fans. To make a living as a creator, writer, photographer, designer, author, animator, chef, app developer, entrepreneur, or inventor, you need only 1000 true fans.”
A true fan is someone who buys anything you produce. These diehard fans will drive 200 miles to see you sing; they will buy the hardback, paperback, and audible versions of your book; they will purchase your next figurine sight unseen; they will pay for the “best-of” DVD version of your free youtube channel; they will come to your chef’s table once a month. You can make a living if you have roughly a thousand true fans like this (AKA super fans).
